Jaden Bahmanyar is a licensed California real estate professional with Think Space Real Estate Advisors, specializing in commercial sales, leasing, and investment advisory throughout the Greater Los Angeles market. With a strong focus on industrial, creative office, and adaptive reuse opportunities, Jaden brings a modern, relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate, combining market knowledge, analytical insight, and a strong commitment to client service.

As part of the Think Space team, Jaden works closely with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers to identify strategic opportunities and deliver tailored real estate solutions that align with each client’s operational and investment objectives. His ability to communicate effectively, build long-term relationships, and understand evolving market dynamics has positioned him as a valuable advisor to both emerging and established clients.

In addition to his role in commercial real estate, Jaden is affiliated with CREATION PARTNERS, further expanding his exposure to investment strategy, business development, and client advisory services. This diverse experience provides him with a broader perspective on asset positioning, business operations, and long-term value creation.

Jaden is currently attending University of California, Los Angeles, where he continues to strengthen his academic foundation while actively pursuing his professional career in commercial real estate. He is graduating in June 2026, where he will earn a degree in History. He will be pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) at UCLA, Luskin School of Real Estate Development.  He was also appointed as an Undergraduate Student Representative to the University of California Academic Senate’s Board of Admissions, reflecting his leadership, professionalism, and commitment to academic and professional excellence.
